The EDITION Hotel in Sanya is a landmark hotel for the company, being it's first hotel in Asia and only it's fourth around the world at the time of it's construction. The Hotel is situated in the beautiful Haitang Bay, a popular tourist destination. It is surrounded by a plenty of tropical plants, and the hotel, with it's horse-shoe shape, has been built right on the water's edge, giving all guests an incredible view right from the comfort of their suites.
An Elegant Entrance.
The hotel reception has been built in an open-concept way, with the walls and ceilings decorated and made with teak wood. The design is inspired by the Li Villages located on the Hainan Island. The lighting has been designed to accentuated the individual beams of teak would that adorn the walls and ceilings. With small floodlights placed at the top and bottoms of the structure, it's complexity and incredible design is further brought to life.
Bedroom Brilliance.
The rooms of the EDITION have been designed with a neutral colour palette, creating a warm, relaxing environment. The bed is surrounded by a dome shaped window, with a slightly descended circular ceiling above it. The room has been designed with every aspect intended to add to the feeling of luxury and opulence the hotel wishes for every guest to experience.
