The Sofitel Hotel's lighting design was carefully and intentionally made to create a unique experience for all its guests. Using various creative lighting techniques and design element such as dragon-inspired lamp shades.
Our designers also used a combination of Chinese and Western styles. Drawing inspiration from Chinese Culture and French Luxury to create an unforgettable hotel experience. We finished the lighting design in 2015.
Restaurant Magic
As you walk through the hotel you'll notice the various elements of French and Chinese culture. In the main restaurant, we used handmade glass to create small fish of varying sizes. It marries functional lighting with design, as it allows people to feel the lighting, not only see it.
Banquet Brilliance
The pillar less banquet hall spans 8m high and is adorned with chandeliers inspired by the Olympic rings. The chandeliers are arranged according to the available space and each is joined to each other by long strips of crystal.
